Where do you ship your products?

We keep inventory in fulfillment centers located in the United States. All orders are shipped directly from these U.S. warehouses to ensure fast and reliable worldwide delivery.
This also allows us to offer quicker processing and support for customers who dropship our products.

What’s the warranty on your products?

All RC products purchased directly from our website come with a 1-year limited warranty.
If your item becomes damaged or develops a fault within this period, we will provide one-time free spare parts replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:
The warranty covers free replacement of spare parts, not a full product replacement.
This ensures you receive the necessary parts to keep your model running smoothly throughout the 1-year warranty period.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, estimated shipping times are 3-7 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated once courier provide it to us after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at support@rctoyspro.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?


We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days from the day the ordered is delivered to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all name and order number on the returned parcels. MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS IS NOT DAMAGED AND IN A VERY GOOD CONDITION.
 
Can I cancel my order?


You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
 
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?


Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the address for you.
